"No communication! Was told I could park my car until my mechanic was able to pick it up. Same day mechanic was scheduled to pick up the car. State Farm told them it had been sitting for 3 weeks. All they had to do was ask their neighbors."

"I am US Army. I've used USAA for 10 years. I switched to Lonnell Alexander with State Farm. I received the same coverage and saved $80 a month! I was shocked and switched immediately. You can get the same people when you call in. Shelly there in office really knows her stuff. She will work with you on any of your needs or questions. I recommend anyone military or not to give them a call and get a quote. It saved me a lot of money. We all love saving money. Thanks Shelly and Lonnell."
